Just a year ago I bought the program for 99 dollars and today at 12:00 the annual maintenance expired and when loading the hands I got this Error: Winamax: Unable to import hand (#18834110000898). Reason: Please register the Omaha version of PokerTracker in order to import Omaha hands

Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue you've described and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket along with this sample of hands. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
