Hands not available after importing database

After exporting my database and succesfully importing it on my new machine. The hands or players are not displayed in the view stats tab.
I can't find any hands or player to select as active player.

Anyone found a solution to this?

If you are using backup & restore then make sure that the restored database is the active database and if you are creating the backup in PokerTracker v4.17.9 then you will need to update to v4.17.10 and create a new backup file there instead. If you are importing hand history files then make sure that the hands are being imported into the current active database via 'Configure > Sites & Import Options -> Preferences'.

The new database was set as default and active but there's still zero hands/players to view.
