Grafica "rota" en PT4 / "Broke" graph in PT4

PT4 me identifica los MTT que juego a veces como si fueran spins, lo cual me jode totalmente la gráfica a la hora de mostrar resultados.

He estado probando filtros, y no hay forma ni poniendo "solo LOTTERY", ni poniendo "solo HYPERTURBO", ni poniendo "solo 3 max" ni tampoco combinándolos, y es que he visto que el problema es que me reconoce muchos MTT como LOTTERY, HYPERTURBO y 3MAX cuando nunca juego ese tipo de MTT (juego 6max y casi nunca o nunca hyper turbo). De esta forma me fastidia totalmente porque no puedo ver bien mi progreso, y hasta ahora solo me ha funcionado poner un filtro con buyins de 0.25 a 5€, pero claro, el día que suba a 10s eso no me sirve, porque tengo MTTs de 10€ que me provocan tal problema. Os pongo 2 imágenes, una con el filtro-chapuza que uso para apañarme y otra sin ningún filtro. Agradezco cualquier consejo. Gracias:

PT4 sometimes identifies the MTTs I play as if they were spins, which totally screws up the graph when it comes to showing results.

I have been trying filters, and there is no way neither putting "only LOTTERY", nor putting "only HYPERTURBO", nor putting "only 3 max" nor combining them, and I have seen that the problem is that it recognizes many MTT as LOTTERY, HYPERTURBO and 3MAX when I never play that type of MTT (I play 6max and almost never or never hyper turbo). This way it totally annoys me because I can not see my progress well, and so far it has only worked for me to put a filter with buyins from 0.25 to 5€, but of course, the day I go up to 10s that does not help me, because I have MTTs of 10€ that cause me such a problem. I show you 2 images, one with the mess I use to get by and the other one without any filter. I appreciate any advice. Thank you:

I don't see any evidence of this in your screenshot and there are no filters of this type enabled. Where you have highlighted 'LOTTERY' doesn't enable the filter so that doesn't mean there are 'LOTTERY' tournaments in the graph. Only if the box has a checkmark in it (click in the box to turn it on/off) and the 'Flags' text turns blue then that means you are now filtering:

It's possible to do all of that using the filters in the sidebar for 'Flags' and/or 'Speed'. Filters can also be created/saved/combined via 'More Filters -> Game Details:

Your screenshot doesn't display tournament descriptions (you can check them in other reports) but in cases where tournament information isn't correct then you can manually edit those tournaments in PokerTracker 4 so they are no longer identified as that type of tournament. If you do have tournaments that are being detected incorrectly then please attach the tournament history files provided by your poker site to a Support Ticket.

The graph is changing to accomodate the higher chip counts for this specific tournament. If you attach this tournament history from your poker site to a Support Ticket we can take a look at that for you if you think this data is not correct.

Hi, I don't think I explained myself well. I know that if I don't mark "lottery" the filter is not active, the 2 screenshots were to exemplify what happened without any filter (1) and how it was the only way I had to make it work, which is with the buyin filter (2).

I put a screenshot where there is no filter except the "Flag" "LOTTERY":

As you can see, the graph is still wrong.

Yes, I have done what I said using those filters in the sidebar, and it still doesn't come out correctly.

It was a mistake not to put it up and not to explain myself sufficiently. Here is an example of a 6-max, normal speed, deepstack MTT that recognises me as "lottery, hyperturbo and 3max". In fact there are more that it recognises me like that. Actually, I think it recognises ALL MTTs that way:

As you can see, the first tournament is obviously an MTT (you can't finish 5th in a spin, plus I remember it because I did FT (I can attach a screenshot of the tournament lobby for what it's worth).

I've checked and it's just that, when I put the MTT filter, literally 0 tournaments appear, when I must have played 20-30 for sure in this database. Therefore, I think it is clear that the problem is in the "reading" it makes of the tournaments and that it is wrong when tagging them.

That said, I tried to edit the properties by hand (although it is not a solution, because if I play a lot of tournaments there is no point in doing it 1 by 1) and when I hit save I can change it, but that is not a definitive solution, as I say.

Finally, I even tried to purge those hands/tournaments and, although it allowed me to do it without fail, when I checked the graph again the error still appeared and the tournaments had not been purged. Anyway, I don't intend to purge them, I want them to appear, but I don't want them to distort my spins history and my graph. I will try to send that specific tournament to support in a ticket as you said.

Well, i've edited that MTT (manual way) only and now the flag "LOTTERY" works fine. I'll wait till i play new MTTs to see if the problem persist or it's solved. Thank you.

If you have a bunch of tournaments that require the same edit you don't have to do it 1 by 1. You can select/edit multiple tournaments at once using standard Windows functions - you can select a range of rows by holding shift and clicking the start/end and you can also select multiple ones individually by holding CTRL and selecting. You can also select all rows using CTRL-A.
