PokerTracker

Hi,

I have two databases.

One is working great.

But the other, when I finish playing and click the Stop Getting Hands While Playing, it starts loading forever, and I can't close PT4, as it appears a "Please wait for Get Hands While Playing to stop before closing PokerTracker." window.

I tried doing full housekeeping but the problem remains.

What else can I do?

If you don't have enough free space then any housekeeping may not be able to complete - it is ideal to have as much free space as the size of your largest database. If you have tried the housekeeping with enough free space then please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then grab the log file before you close/restart PokerTracker 4:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

To access the log file open File Explorer in Windows and enter the following in the address bar:

%localappdata%\PokerTracker 4\Logs

The file we need will be the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder. Attach that to a Support Ticket where a technician can review it and advise you accordingly.
