PT4 not tracking the last hand of a sng tournament

[genarr0]

Hello, recently(last week or two) PT4 isnt tracking the last hand of the tournaments every so often. If i play lets say 100 games it wont track the last hand of like 3-4 tournaments. Ive talked to some other players and it seems to be a common problem.

Is the complete final hand included in the hand history file provided by your poker site for these tournaments? If it's not there then PokerTracker 4 is not going to know anything about it. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your auto-imported files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows machine:

Guide: Processed Files

Most hand history files can be opened and read with a simple text editor.
