Ignition stops working

For the past month or so ignition hasn’t worked consistently. It usually stops within an hour, then during the break I will close out ignition and it will work again fine for a while. Has started to happen every session, not necessarily every hour but way too often. Is there a known fix?

So we can see what's going on here and follow up with you please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. If you then have any problem then take a screenshot attach that to a Support Ticket along with your Ignition support bundle:
