Statistics to use for the poker table

I'm in the process of changing trackers for Pokertracker 4 and I was wondering what stats to use for the poker table and to know if you're playing on an interesting table or not. It would, of course, also interest me to know from what percentage on each stat the table becomes interesting or should be left.

That's going to depend on the types of games you are playing in however you'll likely get more feedback on this from poker players in a forum such as 2+2, PokerStrategy, Reddit e.t.c.
