LiveSponsors Tourney Won't Show HUD

LiveSponsors tourney this afternoon would not show HUD no matter what I did. A few other tourneys were fine. I restarted HUD, restarted PT4, etc.

Hands did not even show up in the window as being picked up.

Anyone else have this issue? There are brackets in the tourney name, could that have caused this?

Support bundle and ticket opened.

A technician will reply to you via your support ticket when your support bundle has been checked.

If the hands are not importing then the HUD will not work so you should verify that the poker site actually created the hand history file for this tournament on your computer. If it exists then please attach the hand history file to your support ticket.

I checked my ACR HH folder and there were TWO livesponsors days of HH files, and that was all that was in the HH folder. zipped them and adding to the ticket.

interestingly enough, the livesponsors tourney that just start won't display the HUD, been fine for weeks with all other ACR cash tourney stuff, but not this tourney series...what should I do to help troubleshoot?
