PokerTracker 4.17.11 issues

I have downgraded to 4.17.9 due to some issues:
- Spin n go hud is loading after 1,5-2 minutes
- Hand history viewer not showing all hands(I can see all of them in pt4 but not in the hud hand history viewer)

I rebuilded the cache and it didn't work

Hud loading speed with 4.17.9 : around 10-15 seconds and no issues with hand history viewer

I haven't seen any other similar reports so if you are having issues with PokerTracker v4.17.11 can you please reproduce the problem in this version and attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can follow up on this with you:
