Why is it showing it as ev negative?

All-in adjusted equity is not calculated in hands like this where a player calls an all-in and then subsequently folds (mrvegeta in your example). When further actions are possible after more information becomes available then those players who can act have further choices and only the stronger hands are likely to get to showdown (with weaker hands folding) and this would introduce a bias against you in the results.
