Necesito ayuda, no logro ver las manos procesadas

perdon pero no se ingles, si alguien me puede ayudar por favor, desintale el pt4 de una pc y lo instale en otra, todo m,archo bien descargo todo bien, pero ahora que importe las manos no se pueden ver no se visualizan en ninguna parte, no encuentro la forma de verlas, ni en la pestaña normal donde vemos sumary-position-statistics no se ven, por favor necesito ayudaaaa

If PokerTracker 4 reported the hands as being imported then they will be in the database and available to view so please make sure you have selected the correct player for the report and that you are in the correct section of PokerTracker 4 for either cash or tournaments ($/T). Also check that you are not using any filters in your report (look for blue text in left sidebar) otherwise take screenshot of your entire report window and attach that here or privately to a Support Ticket so we can see what you are seeing.
