Very stupid question about PFR stat

Lets say villain opens PF. folds around to me and i 3b.

1st question is, does 3b increase my PFR?

now lets say villain 4bets and i flat.

why is PT4 still showing my PFR stat as 100% here?

Yes.

PFR is counted only once when a player makes any preflop raise or has the opportunity to make any preflop raise - it's not a sum of all individual preflop raises/opportunities to raise. If you want to use a different definition then could create a custom statistic for that. There is also a built-in statistic called 'Preflop AF' which is the ratio of all preflop raises vs all preflop calls.
