Differences Between all stakes and small stakes PT4?

I play a lot of tournaments and the most I do in cash game is $5/$10. Will the $64 poker tracker be good. It really does not tell me the difference between the two in detail.

PokerTracker 4 Small Stakes supports games up to the following limits:

Maximum No Limit/Pot Limit Cash Games: .25/.50 Blinds
Maximum Limit Cash Games: 0.50/1.00 Blinds
Maximum SNG/Tournaments: 22 buy-in

I play a lot of tournaments and the most I do in cash game is $5/$10.

If the cash games you play have blinds of $0.05/$0.10 then a small stakes license would be sufficient.
