Other then entering a registration code when a trial ends nothing else changes. Was your trial a long time ago? Did you uninstall anything between the trial and purchasing PokerTracker 4? If there isn't a valid database this might only be because an old database PokerTracker 4 thinks is there no longer is so try clicking the 'New' button to see if creating a new database will allow PokerTracker 4 to start.
