HUD issue

Hello, I made a new database and now the hud on the tables appears half-way, without complete data. I leave you an example image, it happens to me in all of them. I already did the housekeeping in several databases but it keeps happening to me. Any solution?

If you have already performed housekeeping then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
