Problem using profile from different region

I decided to use the free trial but I'm yet to use it. My problem is that now I have it running it has imported the player profile from the UK. I have emigrated from the UK and since then I use 888 es
I can't find my es player to add as a profile. Is there some way that I can get around this please? I would like to remove my player details and only use the player from es
I have tried to seearch the player to add but I think that since es is only players from Spain and Portugal. The playerbase is not included in the regular 888 directory.

You can only select a player in PokerTracker 4 after you have imported some hands from your new site. 888 use basically the same software regardless of the country so please make sure that everything is setup correctly to import hands from 888.es:

Once that is setup you can test this on a table by clicking 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' and after a hand has been imported then your 888.es player will be available for selection in PokerTracker 4.
