Import of Played Hands of Tournament Poker PokerStars

Hey there,

my PokerTracker4 V. 4.17.12 is not working properly. It wont show my played hands from PokerStars tournaments.While I'm playing it shows the active tournament, but nothing appears in the view todays hands section. Also the import status shows that there are no errors. In the views stats section are none of the hands either.
I checked all of the basic troubleshooting methods:

- Right folder on PokerStars is chosen
- Language is in English

Do you have any ideas what else I could try?

Thanks but you haven't included screenshots of 'View Today's Hands' or a report from the 'View Stats' section so I can't see what's going on there but if you are seeing tournament level data and not the individual hands then that's normally caused by filtering for hand tags - see this thread for an example.
