Don't understand anything on PT4

Hello guys,
I downloaded PT4 today but I don't really understand anything.
Firstly, the tracker is NO LONGER detected by my Winamax software, in fact it was detected earlier but since I put the software in English (I thought I understood that this was the procedure to follow) nothing is going right anymore.
Then, I can't display the HUD in game, it seems that even by activating "gets hand from site while playing" it still doesn't work even though some people say it does.
In short, I'm completely lost on the software, help would be more than welcome (by voice or screen sharing even better) I'm a noob, sorry.

If you are playing fast fold games (now called Escape on Winamax) then you should update to PokerTracker v4.17.13. If that's not the problem then please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Click 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' and then join a table, play a few hands and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can assist you further. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
