Stat M for MTT

Hi friends, I'm new here, I would like someone to explain to me the function of the M stat for MTT on the HUD.
If anyone can guide me I would appreciate it.

'M' is the ratio of the player's stack size to the total cost of playing one complete round of hands at the table:

Stack Size / (Cost of Small Blind + Cost of Big Blind + (# of Antes * # of players))

Therefore is a players 'M' is 3 then they have enough chips for 3 complete rounds of hands at the table based on the current blind/ante level.

If you take a look at the Wikipidia entry for this statistic it gives five 'zones' that can be applied to a player based on their value of 'M'.
