When exporting hands from the one of the stat menus, the text files that are created are separated by site. Is there an option to not separate these files? This doesn't seem like a very helpful default.

There isn't an option for that and there would possibly be an impact on subsequent re-importing if hands from different poker sites were mixed together in the same files.
