PT4 : Fold to PF3bet after raise (limper(s) or not ?)

Hi, i search an information on this stat : Fold to PF 3Bet After Raise (2Bet PF & Fold).

The definition is :
(cnt_p_3bet_def_action_fold_when_open_raised / cnt_p_3bet_def_opp_when_open_raised) * 100

Percentage of the time that a player folded to a preflop 3Bet, given that he had previously opened the action and had a chance to do so.

Formula: Number of Times Player Folded to a 3Bet Preflop After Open Raising / Number of Times Player Could Fold to a 3Bet Preflop After Open Raising


I want to know if in this stat there is when hero raise a limper then fold to 3bet or it's when hero open raise and fold to 3bet.
