PT4/Betclic on Win

HI,

I contact you because I don't succeed to configurate PT4 with Betclic (I am on PC).
I don't see it in the list while configurating PT4. I have heard that Betclic belong to iPoker Network, is it right? If so should I download another adding software to Betclic software? (do you have the link?)
I am a bit lost.

I have this message "NO ipoker network skins appart to be installed"

Please try reinstalling your iPoker client and make sure that your iPoker skin is saving hands:

If it still isn't being detected you can manually configure your iPoker hand history folder via "Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> iPoker Network". Use the "Add" button to manually select the directory and not "Auto Detect". Also while on that tab make sure the "Get Hands From Site While Playing" option has a check mark. The default location where iPoker saves hands is here:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\{iPoker Client Name}\data\{iPoker Screenname}\History\Data

You can also download the installer for your iPoker skin, compress it, and attach it to a Support Ticket so that we can find out the data we need to auto detect it.
