Pokerstars error on registering Rebuy

[rikihhhh15]

PT4 doesn't detect any rebuy. When I run the autodetection at the end of my sessions this is the most common message I get :

"Rebuy detected but starting chips unconfirmed. Rebuy/Addons not calculated."

It's my first time using the forum and I am sorry if I made any mistake by not looking well enough for other explanations etc.
