PokerTracker

Hello, I have followed all the steps to play at pokerstars with PT4. And nothing from the Hud or hand registration on pt4. Has anyone ever had this problem?

Have you started hand importing using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' in PokerTracker 4? Is PokerStars creating the hand history files on your computer? If it isn't creating the files in the default location then try setting a custom location instead (e.g. C:\StarsHH). If that's not the problem then please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue by playing on a PokerStars table for a few hands with 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' active and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
