Winamax Escape - HUD Not Show up

Hi I have many issues at Winamax Escape tables.
PT4 does not detect the table amd when it detects it HUD shows stats from players that are not playing the table at that moment and freezes never change those players.

The hands you attached import fine. If you are not using PokerTracker v4.17.13 then you will need to update it:

Download PokerTracker 4

otherwise turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue by playing on an Escape table for a few minutes and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
