Hi, i have problem with pt4 imported files from ggpoker. ALSO im imported files from ggpokers and next i get hands from disk all is succesfull but when i try change player name to look stats i dont have this player name. You know what is wrong?

Your player name is 'Hero' in the hand history files provided by GGPoker regardless of what your actual player name is so that's what you need to select.

I dont have 'hero'

This should be the same for you as it is for everyone else. Make sure you are searching 'Hero' without the quote marks otherwise please attach the sample of hands you are importing to a Support Ticket along with relevant screenshotsfrom PokerTracker 4. Thank you.
