PokerTracker

Getting the following error message:

"PokerTracker has detected a large number of hand history files waiting to be imported. These hands have not yet been imported. Would you like to import them now?" (screenshot attached)

When I press "Yes", nothing happens. 0 hands are imported. Please advise. Enable logging is ticked already

If logging is already on then please reproduce the problem in your screenshot and then create/attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
