The only hands I can see are TODAY's hands under "Play Poker" > "View Today's Hands". I would like to view hands that go further into the past. How do I do this?

The 'Play Poker' section only displays data from the current session/day. To review all of your poker data go to the 'View Stats' section where there are a variety of built-in reports and filters to analyse your poker data - see this tutorial video for an example. If you just want a list of all your hands, and then filter for tags for example, you can go to 'My Reports' and create a 'Hand Report'.
