$$ Won doesn't match

My brain is boggled so I need some help.

I have a desktop PC and a laptop and I play on both. I imported my DB a few months ago to the laptop (desktop is main PC) so I could play on the laptop. All is well. To keep things updated I've been importing/exporting my hands from one to the other and vice versa with a flash drive and all WAS well until a few days ago.

The desktop was correct with currency won/lost under the Overview/Statistics and so was the laptop. However, now the $ is off by a couple bucks. Not a huge deal, but I want it to be correct. I've tried importing/reimporting, cleaning the DB, researching why this may have happened, and I still can't get it to be what it should be. I play mainly on the desktop and the laptop is secondary. So when I play on the desktop, I export the hands to the drive and then import them to the laptop and that seemed to work fine. I tried the sharing folder to the Google Drive and all that, but I was couldn't get it to work correctly.

What's the best way to get both computers to match so when I switch between they still are correct? I keep a separate spreadsheet of win/loss so I know what's happening. I just want it to be correct. I hope this makes sense.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

You haven't mentioned if the number of hands match in both databases or not - that would be the first thing to check.

Are you using the same version of PokerTracker 4 on each computer?

If you are playing in currencies that are different from the 'My Currency' set in PokerTracker 4 then check that the exchange rates are the same:

The hands DO NOT match for the month of May. They do all other months so May is the issue which makes sense bc I've been playing on both most of the month.
I tried the other day just exporting/importing for May bc I noticed this, but it didn't fix it. What's the best way to adjust this?

I do have the same version on each device.

I checked the currency and exchange before and that's the same.

Is the difference a couple of hands? Hundreds? Have you checked per session? Exporting/importing May should resolve any discrepancy and you can also reimport from the original hand history files. It's also difficult to know exactly what's going on without detailed information so if you can't identify the issue and reimporting isn't changing anything then please attach screenshots from both databases to a Support Ticket along with the original sample of hands imported on the desktop database.
