Unfortunately pt4 sometimes totally works faulty, nothing special happens in these hands:

Something has totally went wrong with pt i think.

If those hands were not imported into the PokerTracker v4.17.14 or higher you will need to purge the tournaments and reimport them after updating PokerTracker 4:

If those hands were imported into the latest version of PokerTracker 4 then please attach a sample of the original hand history files from your poker site and your screenshots to a Support Ticket.

Cannot download latest version, "Please check your internet connection" error messages shows up both in chrome and mozilla.

That sounds like something on your end is interfering. If you are using a VPN try disconnecting and then attempt the download again. You can also try downloading PokerTracker v4.17.15 from here.
