I played a hand at 11.15 am, but pt43 say 10:18 am, I dont know how to configurate properly,

The hud doesn't appaer and probably is for this reason.

Also i am playing ipoker and ipoker skin(TIME ZONE) I PUT: EVEREST poker (france) (CET) because is my real time, maybe also a mistake put this one.

Also i Said in ipoker not import observed hands, but in all the tables i am overserving there is the hud, and in the tables i am playing there isnt hud ( or maximum in 1 or 2 from 6-7)

In addition to the time setting in PokerTracker 4 the iPoker lobby time (in the bottom left) should be set to the server time (the option that isn't "local" in the dropdown list) and then the hand times should adjust correctly in PokerTracker 4. If you continue to have an issue with the HUD then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. If the HUD doesn't display correctly then take a screenshot and attach that to a Support Ticket along with your support bundle. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4:
