What does the stat EV Profit v7 / Ev ROI v7 means?

Hello i play spins and go and use pt4 to track my buy ins / hands , i was wondering what those stats actually mean?

Those are custom statistics from a third-party that are not available by default in PokerTracker 4. If the provider included a description of these statistics then you can view them on the 'Details' tab when the statistic is selected via the 'Configure -> Statistics' option.
