PT4 installation issue

Hi guys,

I'm new to pokertracker and new to the forums. I have recently been using PT3 and have today decided to take advantage of the free upgrade to PT4. I've downloaded PT4 however when I enter my registration code I'm given an error message reading "Invalid registration. Pokertracker will continue in trial mode"

Any help would be appreciated.

You can verify your PT4 code via My Account > Registration Codes at the top of the page - be sure to copy & paste it to enter it exactly.

If that doesn't work either check that PT4 is allowed full access through your firewall as that can cause this kind of issue too.
