Hand History Missing

Just upgraded to PT4. It imported hands I played today fine, HUD worked fine, and PT4 shows the results from the session/tournament. However, when I go in to look at a specific hand played, the hand history is not there in PT4 for me to click on (i.e. normally I would click on the file, and the information/replayer would pop up). What do I need to start looking at to fix it?

I'm not sure what you mean by "click on the file" - the hand history files are moved to the Processed folder which you can find via the menu File > Open User Data Folder by default. However, I suspect you don't actually mean "file".

Do you see the hands listed for the tournament?
If not, make sure that you don't have a filter enabled - this could be a filter in the sidebar or you may have selected 'show marked hands only' or selected a specific tag in the options above the hand list.

Hi,

I'm having the exact same problem but I still can't review any individual hands even after I disabled all of my filters. When I go to deselect all tags it will still say "1 Tags Selected" and I can't deselect whatever that tag is. All of my processed tournaments are showing up in the user data folder but I seriously can't find any hands that I played today.

When you click on the "1 tags selected" dropdown list does is have one of the tags ticked?
If you click on that tag it should clear the filter.

Wow ya that was actually the truth. For some reason the "Strange Hand" tag was checked but and I unchecked it and I can view my hands now. That tiny checkmark is extremely hard to see when you are not specifically looking for it, thanks again WhiteRider for the help.

i've got exactly the same issue, but no filter on the different tags. they are all selected.
I've also cleared all the filters from the side menu.
no result neither.

please, would anybody know the solution?

Right click the empty hand report and choose 'Configure Report'. In the window that appears, click 'Restore to Default' and click 'OK'. If doesn't fix it then please attach a screenshot here or in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on - get the entire PokerTracker 4 window and don't zoom in on anything.
