How to configure email hand histories

Hello,

how do I set up my import setting for gmail.

user -> my username ([email protected])
server -> pop.gmail.com
password -> my password from my gmail account
port -> 995

Use SSL ?

With these settings and I click 'test" it says: server not responding

Got it: needed to mark "use ssl" in combination with port "995" and it connected.

The next problem is that I only see emails from 2012/12/19 till 2012/08/06. How do I get these updatet?

A good tutorial or faq would be handy. Had to adjust a setting in gmail for the latest emails. Also I had to import selected emails when I didn"t had any selected to get them out of the list.

ok i got it to work, type recent: before your email address in the email setup, so username would be recent:[email protected]
