I believe that this issue is fixed for the next version, and we'll get back to you via your ticket when the fix is released.

Are you using 4.12.1? If not please upgrade. If so, restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Dear Kraada,

Can you please enable logging, reproduce this issue and send your log file to us in a Support Ticket:

Guide: How to Create & Submit a PokerTracker4.log File

You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
