hand review

Good afternoon, some months ago, I could go to statistics and all the hands played that month would appear, and I would just put a filter of review hands, and then review it, and the tagged hands would appear, now I cannot put an option where all hands are appearing, only the tournaments appear and it's very inefficient , and I have to click to open each tournament to see the hands for that tournament, and some of the tournaments don't even have tagged hands,

is that a way to do how I used to do it?

If you look to the right of "Show Marked Hands Only" you'll see "Tags Selected". This has the same effect as "Show Marked Hands Only" which is to say that the hands list will be filtered for only those matching the selected tag. You can see more about tags here:

To resolve the trouble click that tags dropdown, click each item with the black check mark and when it's closed and shows "No Tags Selected", click "Refresh" in the upper right and all your tournament hands should be displayed again.

and if I want to open the hands I have to go individually to each tournaments, is there an option here to see the all hands like in the previous versions of PT4 ?

For the empty report try resetting it to default. To do this, right click the report and choose Configure Report. In the window that appears, click Restore to Default and click OK.

You can view all your hands by going to "My Reports" and creating a new "Hand Report".

Yes, I can I can see them on reports, but before, I could see all the hands on the statistics tab, and it's where I want to see them, but now, instead of hands only appear tournaments and not hands, and If I want to see hands I have to click to open each tournament, so I cannot really vizualize all hands played, like before, did you guys changed this possibility, or I can make it like before?

We have not altered reports to remove the ability to display hands. Please try restoring the reports in question to the default state by right clicking them and choosing Configure Report then Restore to Default. If that does not bring the hands back then you likely have a filter set to a specific tag. There is a drop down at the top right of any report that shows how many tags you are filtering to - if it has any number (like 3 Tags Selected) you need to click to open the drop down then click again on any tag with a check mark to remove the filter to that tag. Once that's done it will say "No Tags Selected" then you will see your hands.

PokerTracker 4 does not have any viruses or trojan horses when downloaded from this website. It's possible for files to get misdetected by security software but that doesn't mean you haven't been infected from elsewhere so if you haven't already done so run a full security scan on your computer.
