What are the maximum buy ins with small stakes edition?

There's no symbol for a reason - under 11 euros is acceptable as well. It costs $44.99 to upgrade, as you can see on our Upgrades page.

Hello, I just played a $5.5 tournament on pokerstars but my pokertracker only sees up to $3.32. is there a reason that it is not up to $11 ?

The limit for tournaments on a small stakes license is $22 so anything under that will import into PokerTracker 4 and be available to view. Make sure you have no filters set otherwise send us a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window in a Support Ticket with the original hand history file for that tournament. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows machine:
