HUD not loading when new player sits down

Hi,

I recently purchased some addon's and did a custom cache rebuild. Since then I am having an issue with HUD not loading when new player sit down. However when i reset HUD it shows players HUD then.
Can you give me some advice on how to fix this issue?

So we can find out what's causing that can you please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

Database needed to be clustered. Its working fine now but my system drive is nearly full.
I have another internal ssd drive where I can move it too but I need help on how to move it from one drive to another and what is the easiest method.
Can you help?

If you are able to make a Backup (save it on your other drive where you have space) then the easiest way will be to install PostgreSQL again to the other drive and restore your backup there.

You can set a different port number (the default is 5432, so use 5433 for example) when you set up the new PostgreSQL install and then update PT4 to use the new port number before you restore your database(s).

For large quantities of hands import speeds can drop over time so we recommend splitting imports of this type into batches.

This did not help. I wanted to import 200k sample from my own results. It took 9mins to import 80 hands.
I downloaded HM to see if it was a database issue and it imported the exact same sample at 500h/s. It was done in 15mins.

I have been using PT4 all my career and I cant stand dealing with this issue and your solution does not work.
Is there anything else I can do?

What you are describing now indicates a different issue since that is not a particularly large import and it shouldn't be that slow. So we can investigate please enable logging, reproduce this issue and send us your PokerTracker4.log file in a Support Ticket:

I sent a ticket.

I noticed that database is at size 71GB after importing maybe 100k hands. Surely that ridiculous sizing for that amount? My original DB was 41GB and has def in between 4-5 million hands.

Also when I try rebuild cache I'm getting this error message

Im also getting alot of error messages when trying to import hands.

That error will also trigger when importing hands and it means you are using custom statistics that require database tables to be setup outside of the default database schema so please contact ProPokerHUDs support to find out what you need to do to your database for those stats to work. You can also turn off all of your Premium content by disabling the "Configure -> Options -> Download Premium Content" option and then restarting PokerTracker 4.
