About"your computer's clock is set incorrectly..."problem

你好，我是來自Taiwan的玩家。
今天2020/1/1開啟Pokertracker卻顯示了問題。
"Your computer's clock is set incorrectly.Please adjust it to the actual date and time and restart Pokertracker."
後來嘗試把時間調回2019就可以開啟。但我想這應該不是正確的處理方式，請問是什麼問題?
麻煩再幫我查詢一下。

Please try restarting your computer. It's possible that you didn't connect correctly or there was a temporary issue with the server. If you continue to get the error please open a Support Ticket and attach your log file:

Have the same issue. Maybe something to do with the clocks/ dates that are already in 2020

I'm having the same issue as the above, I tried to change the time zone but still got error.

If i download that version i will lose all my databases, stats etc?

No, you do not lose any information. All of your data is stored in the database which is not affected by the bug or the update.

I was having the same problem, and the fix seems to be working for me. (I run PT4 on Windows 8.)
