Importing Hands from Party Poker into PT4

Postby SnowAndIce007 » Thu Jan 09, 2020 9:49 pm

Dear Sirs,

Due to recent changes on Party Poker, hands are no longer imported automatically into PT4. Since I am new user to PT4, I would like to ask how one can manually (though hands are now anonymous) import hands into PT4, which Party Poker now allows in the latest change to its rules.
Thank you in advance!

Kind regards

You can manually import the downloaded hands into PokerTracker 4 via 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk' and selecting the folder where you have them saved. Please note that in those hands you are specified as 'Hero' in the hand histories and not by your actual partypoker screenname.

In any report which shows your individual hands one per row, there is a bar at the top for selecting tagged hands so make certain that the drop down says 'No Tags Selected' by selecting it and unchecking any checked tags. Also check that you do not have any filters set as filters may keep data from appearing but if you have no filters enabled try resetting the report to the default state. To do this, right click the empty hand report and choose 'Configure Report'. In the window that appears, click 'Restore to Default' and click 'OK'. If doesn't fix it then please attach a screenshot here or in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on - get the entire PokerTracker 4 window and don't zoom in on anything.
