my hud doesn't track hand over hand

Hi, i have imported a new HUD and everything seems to be perfect when start working on 2nd hand of the sit n go. But when we go to the third hand, the data collected in the 2nd hand doesn't appear in this 3th hand (HUD does not update). And it always shows the same number and is not counting hand by hand. Do you know the reason and are able to solve my problem, please?

P.S: I have gone to house keeping and put vacuum & analyze and reindex option but is not working neither.

If this new HUD profile has custom statistics then try rebuilding your custom database cache (Database -> Database Management -> Rebuild Cache -> Custom Cache Rebuild) otherwise send us your log file in a Support Ticket so we can see what's happening here:

Hi, i tried to do it, and when in proccess, it stopped pt4 and now the database weight 3GB more than before doing it (but proccess didn't complete, just program stopped working and I had to close it because the restore option didn't work too) but now HUD doesnt appear even and sits I play don't track. So i want to delete the database in order to create a new one because it's scare me but when i try to delete this database it shows me this message.

in English is something like: Error: unable to execute query: Fatal Error; Reason: Error: (ERROR: the database Â<<PT4 DBÂ>> is being used by other users DETAIL: There are 6 more sessions using the database.)

I delete the database and create a new to do the reibuild cache custom and is working. Thanks for your advice.
