I found fix that said find a file in PT$ data file and delete it couldn't find file.
So I tried to uninstall PT4 and now am getting some fatal error message. This has become an absolute nightmare.

What error message are you getting? Let us know the details and if necessary attach a screenshot here or in a Support Ticket.

That means you are not using the correct password so PokerTracker 4 is unable to connect to PostgreSQL (the program where PokerTracker 4 stores your poker data). If neither "dbpass" or "postgrespass" get accepted then see this guide so you can configure PostgreSQL to accept any password.

TY SIr... In now... It had to staart new daata base so will jut bck up from my laptop and send to desktop...
