cant watch a video

Why cant I watch a video tutorials.... its says..."An error occurred during a connection to kaltura5.pokertracker.com........this problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies. What is the selution?

What are you using to view the videos? PokerTracker 4 or your web browser? If you are using a web browser which one? Have you tried a different web browser?
