What is the use of such a file like postgresql.conf.5432.ptoriginal? What to open?How to open？

It's just a backup of the original PostgreSQL.conf file before it was tuned by PokerTracker 4. You do not need to do anything with it but if you want to open it you can do so with NotePad.
