Ipoker amounts wrong

Hello,
I have a problem since this week on IPoker-Network (William Hill)...
in "Hands for selected Stake" at "view stats" in PT4 the amounts (€ to $) since 10.02. are not ok.
on February 9th everything was still ok.
from 10.02. the PT4 makes for example:
minus €10.00 (in red) "Won" in Euro = plus $10.00 (in green) "my C won" in Dollar (currency).
Why?
can anybody help me?

That suggests that PT4 was not able to retrieve the currency exchange rates from our servers. Please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4. play a few hands then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket if you have the problem again.

the next day the problem was solved by itself.

but last night the problem was back.
I played a session where everything worked. then I paused.
after the break i had again the problem with currency exchange rates from your servers.
more specifically:
on March 2nd until 1:30am everything was still fine.
then after a break from 3:45am everything goes wrong.
from 4:30am everything was ok again.

Now my questions:
why does this happen for a few hours sometimes?
Can I recalculate the currency manually?

Go to 'Database -> Currency', select the session(s) and then click 'Set Rates'.

Yes. Thank you.
With 'Set Rates' I was able to rework all sessions manually.
the results are now correct.
