Adding Hud notes when not playing at a table

I know I can add hud notes when I am at a table. Can I add notes that will appear in the hud when I am not at a table? Sometimes I think of something I want to include in a players notes when I am reviewing info in other reports, etc.

You can add notes in the same way in the PokerTracker 4 hand replayer or create an 'All Players' report in 'My Reports', right-click a player and select 'Edit Player Note'.
