ACR Hand Records

I won 100BB in a hand and noticed the HUD hadn't changed. Opened up the hand history file and the hand wasn't in the file. Something similar has happened to me before and I asked ACR support if they had a record of the hand and they provided a summary. Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know why all hands are not sent to my hand history folder? Thanks for any help.

Just happened again. Opponent was all in pre flop.

That's a known bug with the ACR client and they have mentioned that they are planning to fix this issue in a March update.
