PT4 Hand history for BWIN

Hello, had PT4 for some time but since Bwin-party stopped hand histories did not use it.Recently though in a poker video listened that they allowed hand histories again, not hud.So i tried to configure it back again for my BWIN account but there is no tab to enable hand histories and also cannot get hands while playing fast forward.Some help is needed , thank you.

The hand histories are not created as you play and you have to download them afterwards from the Partypoker client. When they are downloaded they can be manually imported into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'.

Thank you for replying, its impossible to do this since BWIN skin doesnt have a mygame tab only share the player pool.

If you haven't already done so try contacting your poker site support and they may be able to provide you with your hand histories.
