PT4 Data not updated

Hi guys,

I'm extremely new to PT4, so it could be just a configuration issue.

My datas seems frozen. I installed PT4 yesterday, it took my handhistory and put it in database, all those HH disappeared from my room folder (i saved them before).

At this point, any new game create a new HH, but it isn't imported in PT4 database. I tried to click the Refresh Button, but i'm stuck to the initial state, with all my HH when I installed PT4.

I'm using the 30 days free trial, I don't know if it could be the reason.

Those files are moved to your 'Processed' folder for performance reasons:

Have you clicked 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing'? This starts the auto-import of files in your poker site folders and enables the display of the HUD.

I have to keep this option ON all the time ? Or use it each time I launch my poker room ?

You only need to use that if you want to import hands live and display a HUD on the tables. If you are just reviewing data in PokerTracker 4 then there is no need to start that process.
